Mr. Michael Dwayne Nichols, Jr., age 33, of Griffin, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge.

Mr. Nichols was born in Griffin, on December 18, 1984. He was employed by Lineage Logistics as a refrigeration technician.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Sanders Nichols; daughter, Alexis Rose Nichols; and mother and father, Joni Wynette Nichols and Michael Dwayne Nichols, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Michael Dwayne Nichols, Jr. will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018, at 11:00 am in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Pastor Taylor McKneely will officiate. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
